Inspired by real-life formula cars, the Asetek Simsports® La Prima™ Formula Steering Wheel has been thoroughly designed by racers and sim racers alike. The steering wheel has been designed and engineered to live up to the feeling of real-life racing at the same time as adopting sim racing feedback. With this and other feedback in mind, we started from the ground up and a clean sheet of paper on a mission to create the best possible sim racing formula wheel, but like our other products, without breaking the bank. We are pleased to say that we achieved just that – please meet the La Prima™ Formula steering wheel! What others would call high end; we can make possible as entry-level!

To add to the overall anti-flex and a proper interface to the removable handles, the chassis features a metal spider interface inside and altogether it yields a stiff, non-flexing steering wheel where the handles can be changed and or upgraded over time to help give you the steering wheel YOU want! For now, we have two different sizes, the default giving a perfect fit and grip for average size hands and an XL version for larger hands. The ergonomic handles are made in a comfortable, soft and durable silicone rubber, that is easy to clean and disinfect and will give you ultimate comfort and control, regardless of whether you are wearing racing gloves or not. You will have the option to easily change the handles to quickly implement future upgrades to color, size, shape and hardness.

With plenty of inputs, the Asetek Simsports® La Prima™ Formula Steering Wheel will, through our RaceHub™ give you the option to customize and map all the buttons, switches, encoders, and paddles you need to be on top of your game. Featuring 12 push buttons, two 7-way kinky switches, three rotary encoders, and two thumb encoders, you get optimal control of your desired settings. All buttons, switches and rotaries are of the highest quality standards and fully tested and validated in our automated button testing machines to ensure years and years of reliable daily use.

The La Prima™ wheel features 15 fully customizable aRGB LED rev lights – allowing you to not only customize the look of your steering wheel, but also help you make those split-second gear shifts that can make the difference between success and failure. LEDs can, of course, be adjusted, dimmed, and color customized in RaceHub™.

The backside features two contactless magnetic shifter paddles, for fast and seamless gear shifts.

From rally to GT – A wheel for every race style: When getting an Asetek SimSports® Button Box, you will be able to get different rim styles and materials, essentially unlocking a wide array of steering wheel styles for almost every type of racing.

Designed for strength and rigidity: Most Steering wheels, Sim- or Real-racing gets their strength and rigidity from the front face plate and the handles, oftentimes in a closed construction meaning that the handles are in mechanical connection at both ends. The downside to this is that the handles are locked in size and design. We do not believe in “one size fits all” and therefore, we have designed our steering wheels to have exchangeable handles.

All the inputs you’ll ever need: With 84 individual input options, this button box will give you all the options you need to take the lead and earn the win. Every button, encoder and switch is located within easy reach for simple on-the-go adjustments. All buttons and encoders are bindable, no matter if you need to activate DRS, adjust brake bias and traction control, or turn on your windscreen wipers we’ve got you covered.

While La Prima™ is our entry-level series, make no mistake! Unlike many other flimsy entry-level pedals on the market, we have not compromised on quality, materials, design, or adjustability, as these are identical to its mid- and high-end siblings Forte® and Invicta™, With Invicta™ arguably being the best sim racing pedals ever built.

Instead of compromising on quality, performance or reliability, we have taken a differente route. Rather, we have chosen to make it an upgradeable pedal set. This means, that you can upgrade to the full Forte® experience by upgrading the LED and Throttle adjustment system. You can also upgrade the M.L.C.P.C.™ brake cylinder to a T.H.O.R.P.™ hydraulic brake cylinder.

If you want the feeling of real racing and quality materials without breaking the bank, the La Prima™ pedal set is for you! Using The M.L.C.P.C.™ brake pedal technology, the brake pedal on the La Prima™ pedal set can be adjusted from soft to hard (by changing elastomers), and it will stay that way – unlike many other sim racing pedals on the market, where the hardness and feel will degrade over time. 

When buying an Asetek SimSports ® pedal set, you buy into a platform, making it simple and easy to upgrade to Forte ® or Invicta™ at a later point!
You simply buy your desired upgrade kit, and all you pay for is the upgrade itself. As such, your purchase of the La Prima™ pedal set will be future-proof. Better for you – better for the environment.

De Asetek Forte™ Sim Racing Pedalenset is geïnspireerd door echte racestandaarden en is grondig getest door racers en sim racers. Met die feedback in het achterhoofd zijn de Asetek sim pedalen ontwikkeld en ontworpen. De M.L.C.P.C.™ (Mechanical Load Cell Powered Cylinder) remcilinder is ontworpen om je een realistische remervaring te geven en is uitvoerig getest met een pedaalkracht tot 180 kg.

Als je op zoek bent naar het beste rempedaalgevoel voor raceauto's, zonder volledig hydraulisch te gaan, zoek dan niet verder! Het rempedaal van de Asetek Forte pedaalset kan worden ingesteld van zacht naar hard en dat blijft zo - in tegenstelling tot veel andere sim racepedalen op de markt, waar de hardheid en het gevoel na verloop van tijd afneemt. Het is geen toeval dat een coureur een rempedaal wil dat, wanneer het volledig wordt ingedrukt, aanvoelt alsof je tegen een muur duwt. Bovendien biedt Forte, hoewel niet hydraulisch, je nog steeds het “hydraulische gevoel” van een volledig ingedrukt rempedaal, waarbij je nog steeds druk kunt moduleren/trailremmen dankzij het 2-traps systeem geïnspireerd door Invicta. In het echt zal het aanvoelen alsof het rempedaal, wanneer het 100% en hard wordt ingedrukt, nog steeds zal reageren op verdere druk zoals wanneer je de vloeistof in een remsysteem probeert samen te drukken.

Het ontwerp is ontworpen met de gebruikerservaring in het achterhoofd, waarbij alle verstelbare elementen gekleurd zijn om je snel op weg te helpen en om intuïtief en meestal zonder gereedschap te kunnen gebruiken. De Forte sim pedalen zijn in hoge mate verstelbaar om je te helpen je innerlijke coureur in een raceauto te laten ontplooien, door de veerweg en hardheid precies naar jouw voorkeur in te stellen. En met de Asetek SimSports RaceHub™ software ben je in een mum van tijd klaar om te racen.

De Asetek SimSports™ M.L.C.P.C (Mechanical Load Cell Powered Cylinder) remcilinder geeft je, in tegenstelling tot een volledig hydraulisch systeem, een authentieke racewagen rijervaring. De sim race pedalenset is in alle opzichten Made in Denmark - ontworpen, ontwikkeld en geassembleerd in Denemarken. De remcilinder heeft een speciaal ontworpen load cell sensor die werkelijke veranderingen in kracht op het pedaaloppervlak detecteert (tot 180 kg kracht op het pedaaloppervlak zelf), waardoor je het dichtst bij een realistische remervaring komt.
