SIMRIG SR1
The SIMRIG SR1 is the first motion system of SIMRIG. Since 2018 it has sold to all corners of the world. All units are designed, built, and tested by SIMRIG in Sweden.
The SIMRIG SR1 is developed for maximum immersion and ease of use. With it's small footprint it mounts to your existing aluminium extrusion rig. The electronics control unit is small enough to mount under your seat. It connects directly to your computer through USB. The power supply operates on 100-240 V mains.
The system features three degrees of freedom (3-DOF): pitch, roll, and heave. With pitch and roll the system can simulate acceleration, braking, and turning. It can also follow the track geometry; for example by pitching forwards while driving downhill. With heave the system can push the rig upwards when hitting curbs and bumps in the road.
The SIMRIG SR1 is accompanied by SIMRIG Control Center. This software control the motion system by interpreting the position and acceleration of the simulated vehicle. It supports all major simulation titles.
Mounting Options
SIMRIG SR1 is compatible with aluminum rigs built using 60x20, 40x40, and 80x40 mm aluminum extrusions. Other sizes are available on request.
Maximum Load
For best performance, longevity, and user experience, the maximum load is set to 175 kg. The maximum load includes the rig, the driver, other peripherals, and additional weight actuated by the SIMRIG SR1 motion system.

SIMRIG SR2
The SIMRIG SR2 is the best selling motion system of SIMRIG. Equipped with industrial grade motors, a powerfull ECU, and a beefy power supply, the SIMRIG SR2 is professional grade equipment. All units are designed, built, and tested by SIMRIG in Sweden.
The SIMRIG SR2 can actuate a total load of 225 kg. This is 50 kg more than the SR1.
Though powerful and accurate its footprint is small. The actuators mount directly to your rig. The ECU easily fits under your seat. The power supply is fanless and can be tucked away next to your computer. The SIMRIG SR2 will enhance your rig without increasing its size too much.
The motion system is accompanied by SIMRIG Control Center without any extra cost or subscription fees. The software is interpreting the motion of the simulated vehicle and use that data to move your rig accordingly. It supports all major simulation titles.
Installation is plug-and-play. Attach the actuators, ECU, power supply, and emergency stop. Connect a few cables. Install the software. Then you are ready!
MOUNTING
The SIMRIG SR2 is compatible with aluminum rigs built using 80x40, 120x40, and 160x40 mm aluminum extrusions. Other sizes are available on request.
The choice is yours between two different mounting systems. Choose either 20x20 mm aluminum profiles or EasyBrackets. These and four four plastic brackets are required to attach the SIMRIG SR2 to an aluminum rig. Everything you need is included.
The plastic brackets are specifically designed to attach to either 80x40, 100x40, 120x40, or 160x40 mm rigs. These rigs differ in height and therefore require a matching bracket. Brackets for your chosen rig are included in the box.
PERFORMANCE
The SIMRIG SR2 is powered by a 750 W power supply -- more than enough power to react quickly to motion commands. This power supply attaches to your wall socket using a standard power cord.
The system latency is negligible at only 7 milliseconds. We have optimized the software to make sure motion queues are on-time every time.
The maximum load is set to 225 kg for best performance and longevity. The maximum load includes the rig, the driver, peripherals, and additional weight actuated by the SIMRIG SR2 motion system. This is 50 kg more than the SIMRIG SR1.
Even with heavy 160x40 mm rigs (that weigh 65 kg) the SIMRIG SR2 can accommodate a driver, a seat, and peripherals that weigh up to 160 kg while still keeping the weight below the 225 kg limit.

SIMRIG SR3
De SIMRIG SR3 is tot stand gekomen door voortdurende verbeteringen en feedback van klanten. Vijf jaar, zo lang heeft het geduurd om de SIMRIG SR3 te ontwerpen. Alles wat we in de loop der jaren hebben geleerd door het ontwerpen, produceren en gebruiken van onze producten, komt terug in de SIMRIG SR3. Veel van de allerbeste ontwerpkenmerken zijn terug te vinden in de SIMRIG SR1 en SR2.
Wat de SIMRIG SR3 onderscheidt, is zijn vermogen om een aanzienlijke belasting te dragen. In reactie op de vraag van de gemeenschap naar een systeem dat zwaardere opstellingen kan ondersteunen, heeft de SIMRIG SR3 een totaal draagvermogen van 250 kg. Deze aanzienlijke verbetering biedt gebruikers nieuwe mogelijkheden om hun rigs aan te passen met zwaardere stoelen, extra randapparatuur en meer, zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de prestaties.
De installatie van de SIMRIG SR3 is een eenvoudig plug-and-play-proces, ontworpen om u met minimale downtime aan de slag te laten gaan. Het pakket bevat alles wat nodig is voor een complete installatie: actuatoren, de ECU, een voeding en alle benodigde kabels en hardware. Het wordt ook geleverd met de SIMRIG Control Center-software, de interface waarmee gebruikers hun bewegingsfeedback kunnen aanpassen aan de unieke kenmerken van elk voertuig in alle belangrijke simulatietitels.
BEVESTIGING
De SIMRIG SR3 is compatibel met de meeste aluminium extrusie-opstellingen. Wij bieden kant-en-klare oplossingen voor de meest gangbare afmetingen: 40x40, 80x40, 120x40, 160x40 mm en andere. Meer afmetingen zijn op aanvraag verkrijgbaar.
Met de introductie van de SIMRIG SR3 voegen we ook een nieuw montagesysteem toe: de EasyBracket. Het is nu mogelijk om de actuatoren rechtstreeks aan de zijkanten van een aluminium extrusie-installatie te monteren. De EasyBracket wordt vooraf aan de actuator bevestigd, waardoor deze eenvoudig en snel kan worden geïnstalleerd.
Alle actuatorkabels zijn nu zwart, waardoor ze gemakkelijker onder de installatie kunnen worden weggewerkt.
PRESTATIES
De SIMRIG SR3 wordt aangedreven door motoren van industriële kwaliteit, die robuustheid en een lange levensduur garanderen. Het systeem kan tot 250 kg aandrijven. Dit omvat de rig, de bestuurder en randapparatuur. De benodigde stroom wordt naadloos geleverd door een ventilatorloze voeding van 1000 W, die op een normaal stopcontact kan worden aangesloten.
Ondanks zijn krachtige prestaties heeft de SIMRIG SR3 een compact formaat. De actuatoren zijn ontworpen om rechtstreeks op uw rig te worden bevestigd, terwijl de ECU compact genoeg is om netjes onder uw stoel te passen. De voeding kan gemakkelijk naast uw computer worden geplaatst, zodat de SIMRIG SR3 uw race-opstelling verbetert zonder veel ruimte in te nemen.
De SIMRIG SR3 draait niet alleen om pure prestaties, maar ook om het verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring. Hij wordt geleverd met de SIMRIG Control Center-software, die is geoptimaliseerd om onnodige vertraging te voorkomen. De systeemvertraging is met slechts 7 milliseconden verwaarloosbaar.
